Cette banque marche mal et ne bouge plus du tout. J'ai envoyé des fonds sur le compte d'un ami. Le 31 août, c'était 1 500 euros, et je n'ai toujours pas vu l'argent. Cela fait plus de trois semaines et l'argent n'apparaît pas sur mon compte. Ils disent qu'ils vérifient qui a envoyé l'argent. Ils ... Cette banque marche mal et ne bouge plus du tout. Je leur ai donné toutes les raisons et tout expliqué, mais jusqu'à présent, l'argent n'a pas été viré sur mon compte. Ils ne l'annulent pas et ne le virent pas. Chaque fois que je leur écris, cela prend huit à dix jours. Puis, ils répondent : « Envoyez-nous ceci. Envoyez-nous cela. » Je vais donc déconseiller aux gens d'ouvrir un compte dans cette banque. Sinon, vous aussi, vous serez humilié. 😡 I sent you every detail by mail, asking for the reason, which money was sent, and I gave you replies. I explained everything on September 4, you emailed and I also replied on September 4, and I sent you all; I forwarded a transfer screenshot and explained why it was sent, and every day I call you. and you just tell me wait and try again. On September 16 you sent a mail asking for one more document to verify the transfer, long time, you make me wait, and then again you ask for documents. This is not normal, because I know that person is going to Hollywood in his country. How can I ask them to take documents from the bank for you? Are you okay, sir? I am tired of waiting and I warn others not to use this bank.

First they would not email back for weeks, then they finally replied only after I told my bank. PCS acted calm but the tone was sharp and they said the voucher had been used. A phone agent laughed when I asked where the extra cash was, and they mocked my balance. Months dragged on, and my bank threatened to pull back the provisional credit if nothing moved. I finally filed a formal complaint after many emails asking for a refund or an explanation. I also had to visit the police to show receipts, receipts I kept and copies of my purchase. Recharge.com, the third party, wouldn’t take blame either and kept saying I should push PCS to investigate. I even got an error after buying the voucher, and it showed up as missing later. When I sent the police report, PCS said good luck and gave me no real help. They would not tell me who used the voucher or why they waited on the case. The charges kept growing with tiny fees and the card was blocked after my report. At the start they seemed fine, but then they turned cold, rude, and not helpful. Even with proofs I had, they still seemed to shrug and delay more. I feel this is a bad mix of slow service, bad trust, and harsh replies. Do not trust PCS to keep your money safe or to treat you fairly. If you buy a voucher, beware that it might vanish and you may not get help. I kept records and screenshots, but they still blamed others and left me stuck. Now I see more fees coming in, and many people tell me to just move on. That is not what a real card service should be. All I wanted was a clear fix and honest talk, not a game. So here I am warning others to think twice before trusting PCS with money again. It was not just money, it was trust and time wasted. I kept all my receipts, chat logs, and emails and nothing ever came back clear. The voucher system should not push people to police stations for a simple recharge. I was hoping for a quick fix, but the delay kept growing and the response got colder. Meanwhile the balance remained a mystery and the extra fees kept showing up. If you ask for a refund, you are told to wait longer, then you hear nothing. I could not trust their numbers, so I checked with my bank and they agreed something was off. The police asked for more time, and PCS kept stalling, saying they were still looking. Eventually the bank had to reverse some provisional credit, but the damage was done. If I had not kept records, I doubt I would have seen any of it improve. This whole thing showed me how slow and uncaring some support teams can be. I hope others learn from my mistakes and avoid that long run around. For now I warn you: shop elsewhere if you want decent help.
