I have used Mpix for years, mostly fine, but I will not use them again ever. Why would the site let me use points twice just to get free shipping on a small order under thirty-five dollars? I shot off an email to support — since no one answers the phone anymore. The rep started with 'I’m sorry for the mix-up' as if I was the one confused — then gave a long excuse about why they didn’t fix the points. I replied, 'There’s no mix-up. I’m sure the site is wrong' and I kept stressing the bug on their site. It felt like arguing for hours, and nothing changed. The point count stayed broken anyway. 'This isn't a site mistake,' he snapped back. WOW!!! He replied again to argue about why I'm wrong. It was a waste. That store seems to argue with shoppers more than it helps. How could the site let me use points twice for free shipping, taking the points I earned while spending a lot there? They care little about customer joy and more about saving a few bucks anyway. Bottom line: they do not care. Serious photographers: take a look at McKenna Pro Imaging. Better quality, solid service, and cheaper than Mpix overall. They treat customers much better.

Why would daytime snow shots turn gray and fuzzy? I chatted with someone at mpix who said they’d ship fresh prints, but months have passed, and still no replacement. I even asked to send back the bad ones, which now sit in a cabinet with empty frames. Awful quality, awful customer service. Stick to trusted sites, mpix isn’t it. I expected better care, and I want others to know.
Ordered a handful of metal prints and they looked fine at first, bright and clear. When they were hung, one had bumps on the back where the mount sits, like it pressed in too hard and the corners peeked to the front, making puckers, and it looked off up close. Another one dropped after two days, the mount came off entirely without warning. They offered a fresh mount instead of replacing the whole print, as a fix. Soon after, they said they would print all three photos again for me. Even with the flaws, the service was pretty good overall. Let's hope the replacements turn out okay.
Poor quality overall, won't stay on wall, keeps falling down, glue is really weak and unreliable.

Hidden fees at checkout
Shipping was cheap at checkout but extra fees showed up at the end. Final cost higher than expected, and packaging looked flimsy.

Prints were low quality
My photos were really good and I ordered 11x14 prints. Shipping took forever, and I waited days. When they came, the prints were not clear at all, sadly. I’m very disappointed and won’t order from them again, ever.

They resized my image incorrectly and…
They messed up my photo, and there are tons of excuses about it not being their fault. They cropped by width, not height, and took off my head ... and they missed it. They say I approved in the preview, but I snapped a phone photo of the PC preview before paying $100. They ignored that. They won'... I feel lied to and very upset
Poor product quality. Spent over $200 and it looks, at best, like a $20 photo printed on cardboard. Overall, the quality is awful.

They are my go to company for printing
I love using them, while I ordered I realized I would be going on vacation and worried about getting my order before I left, so I reached out, and they did a onetime overnight shipping which was amazing. The quality and color of photographs were perfect. I was glad they could help me stay on sche... Total Nightmare!!!!!
Fresh but clueless, wanna-be print shop! Save your cash and pick Walgreens instead. What arrives (if anything) comes from a generic box stuffed with scraps of cardboard, and your pictures wrapped tight with hard, permanent tape. If you even try to peel it, it ruins your order. Utterly awful support, and the service here is among the worst I’ve seen. No refunds, ever! They will talk down to you, chip away at you, mock you, then smack you in the face by saying, 'There is nothing we can do, sorry. Okay, goodbye!' I had to fight my card company to get a refund from their junk products and I also filed complaints with BBB, Consumer Protection Agencies, Google, and Trustpilot. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place and tell friends to stay away until they fix things. BEWARE AT ALL COST!!
Print looked washed out and pixelated. The frame arrived dented, and the replacement took forever. Wouldn't shop Mpix again.

I got a canvas photo collage for my boyfriend, fifty pictures of his dear cat who recently passed, and it showed up today. He LOVES it! Not only are the photos pretty good, but the frame wrap, the neat backing/wire job, and the packaging are all top-notch. I had never used MPix before, and I foun... I had never used MPix before, and I found them by asking ChatGPT which company is best for top online collage photo printing services, and MPix was one of four, nice tip! I will rely on MPix from now on for all my online photo needs. The colors look bright and true, and it really made him smile.
I've used MPix for several photo prints and I'm happy with how they look. Most of my orders are art prints and the paper stock is nice. The metallic prints they've made for me are my favorite.

Very good quality-highly recommended
Not sure what shop did it, but Mpix nailed editing, printing, and framing my wife's funeral photos. Much better quality than the funeral home offered, and at a fair price. It was a gamble the first time, but I won't repeat it. Mpix at last, the right pick. Glad I gave them a try. Thanks

Colors looked off from the photos I uploaded. Bright reds and oranges showed up dark and dull. Some prints were quite blurry. If you reach support, hope you don't get stuck with Barry, for real today.
