I randomly found merchize after…
While a YouTube video played, I found Merchize while chasing a big POD service that makes custom shape wood signs. From what I know, Merchize is the only POD company like that. I ordered two sample signs, putting my brand logo on both to get a bigger total sign. The wood signs are nice quality. C... While a YouTube video played, I found Merchize while chasing a big POD service that makes custom shape wood signs. From what I know, Merchize is the only POD company like that. I ordered two sample signs, putting my brand logo on both to get a bigger total sign. The wood signs are nice quality. Clean laser cuts and the color on them is sharp. Delivery time to EU/Germany is okay — you usually receive the package within 14 days, production time included. I’ve been working with Merchize for months and I’m happy with their service over WhatsApp, their dashboard, and the platform, plus my assistant Aimee. She is very supportive and keeps VN hours, always available. She replies quickly with the exact information and fixes. The platform is well built and easy to manage orders. I also like that you upload your own artwork and the system checks if it meets the resolution. If there’s an issue, your assistant contacts you right away so orders go straight to production. Auto Sync with Etsy and Shopify works well; it auto fulfills orders there with tracking info. To sum up, Merchize is a nice partner for POD and has a big catalog of POD products. As far as I know, many products the usual big POD players don’t have. I am looking forward growing my business with Merchize. All in all, Merchize feels like a solid partner for POD, with a wide line of items most big players skip. The tools are friendly, the support is steady, and Aimee keeps things moving smoothly. The ability to upload art and see checks helps avoid surprises, and auto syncing with shops makes life easier. If you want a hands-on system that makes production flow, this is worth a look. Definitely worth trying here today.

It's been great working with Merchize…

Best DTF Quality
We ordered a sample shirt with DTF print and it came out great. The Comfort Colors tee felt comfy and nice, and the print looks like our design. Liam who guides us through the steps is quick to answer every question. All in all, Merchize is one of the best printing partners. We'll keep using them.

Trying out three samples from Merchize to check their stuff, print look, and how fast it arrives, I was impressed across the board. Two items came from Vietnam and one from the US, and I was surprised that the Vietnam ones beat the US by about two days (I'm in the US). The US factory pick was the... Two items came from Vietnam and one from the US, and I was surprised that the Vietnam ones beat the US by about two days (I'm in the US). The US factory pick was the Bella Canvas 6405 v-neck tshirt. Print on it was crisp and clear. The second and third items shipped from Vietnam. The glass ornament came out flawless and had three strings to pick from. And the beach towel was dense and good quality. All three will go into my Etsy shop. The ordering platform took me a bit to learn, but customer service was great. Because of time difference, sending questions meant they were closed, yet they answered fully the next day. Now after trying those samples, I get how their setup works and I'll use them this Q4. Shipping was steady, packaging looked neat, and the colors matched what I saw online. I'll keep testing more items and add the best ones to my shop in the next quarter soon.

Price is great & many custom products to choose
Prices feel nice & give my shop better margins. But part I love most about Merchize is their wide range of custom on-demand products to pick from. I plan to offer all over print apparel fulfilled by Merchize soon.

Sure, there are the usual issues with a POD partner, packages go missing, there are production slips, or I make mistakes. That's all normal though. The way they handle problems is solid. Also they are ecom pros, so they understand what matters, shipping times, R&D, good images, branding. That know-how makes it easy to work with them. Would recommend, nice results. Their team explains options clearly, and they back up what they promise. In my line, ease saves time, lowers stress, and keeps customers happy.

Excellent products and help
First try felt right, so I tried again and it stayed right, then a third time and I was impressed, and I think maybe this is luck, but it kept proving. By the fourth time I knew it wasn't luck! Now I grab them often and I stay impressed.

Poor print quality
Prices were nice. Hoodie itself was solid quality, shipping was okay too. Print quality was awful. It started flaking before washing at all. For the wash itself the print peeled everywhere in the load; it looked like someone spilled glitter in the cycle. I bought the hoodie months ago to test its... Prices were nice. After washing, the print is basically gone. I hoped to wear it this Christmas season. But between the clumsy, hard-to-use checkout and the poor print, I’m going to hold off for sure. Maybe in another run it might get better, but not yet, today.

After a few months with Merchize, I started using them for my shop. I'm in the U.S. and I got a few samples and items from them. I can honestly say the support was solid even with the time difference. They tried to help, laid out what they could, and answered as soon as possible. I received an A... I can honestly say the support was solid even with the time difference. They tried to help, laid out what they could, and answered as soon as possible. I received an Apron, a Dog Bone Christmas Stocking, and a Photo Frame lightbox. It didn't take long to ship—about two weeks including production, which suits me. The print looked sharp and clean on the Apron and the stocking. The photo frame works well, too. I like the wide range of colors I can pick from. The frame wood isn't perfect, but for the price, it’s worth it. So far a nice experience. And they keep adding new products, which I enjoy. Looking forward to more of it.

Support was quick, friendly, and polite. Shipping takes a bit longer but it's okay, about 2 weeks to Poland. The ornament quality is nice. I like being able to add a custom brand kit, it makes my shop look more professional. The print quality is nice as well. I wish their software would flag issu... Unbelievably horrible quality
Totally poor build quality. I bought a Louis Vuitton case for my iPhone 15. Delivery arrived on time, yet the case is ugly enough I won't use it. They won't take it back unless it's damaged. The only damage is to my eyes, sadly today!
