I spoke with my credit card company and am getting my money back. Lara green will not refund your money! They offer you a 20% discount to keep the jewelry. Don't buy! Stick with real sellers instead of these tricks.

Jewelry seems very cheap & nothing like shown. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER!!! Buyer beware!! I wish I had checked the many reviews before ordering. She keeps saying she is quitting & sits at a desk with jewelry gear - yet she keeps advertising months later. Jewelry looks cheap & like it came from China & not handmade as she says! Got wrong items & no refund. Reported to BBB, but she is NOT a member! That says a lot right there. That kind of thing makes you really stay away!
They market this as jewelry handcrafted…but it's mass produced in China
They market this as designer jewelry, yet you get shipping info from China and crappy pieces that turn your skin green. Returns are horrible too. Very company focused. Do not waste your money on this junk. Made me feel misled and irritated.

I'm so mad there should be someone to warn and stop them? If you have any ideas, text me at 209 304 1944 please. We need to do something now. Anyway, I bought several items from Laura Green and I got no real answers. Refunds or exchanges were never easy and every call failed. One ring looked nothing like the picture. I still have it because no one explains how to ship it back. The next one was wrong size and still looked wrong. Again I tried to reach out for a refund but got nothing. I still have that ring. Then the actual item I ordered turned my finger green after just three uses. The ring is green and I am disappointed with the low quality. Honestly this shop feels like cheap Walmart costume jewelry. Do not buy this stuff, it is junk and you will not get a refund. So beware. From a tired shopper in California. I messaged them several times, called, emailed, and nothing changed. No one cared to fix the issues or offer a fair trade. The whole thing felt shady and slow. I wanted honest help, not empty promises. People will drop them soon.
Just saying I skipped buying from them after 1) noticing that \"Lara Greene\" seems AI-ish. 2) I searched online, landed here and, like another comment I saw, \"I'm so glad I did.\" This looks clearly like a scam. Thanks #Trustpilot for existing online today.

After showing American Express's dispute desk emails from someone calling herself Lara Green, who says she is busy with the pieces I bought, yet they have not arrived. I think I got several messages from her. Then Sophie showed up. I knew I had been sold goods under shady terms. The ignorance of AX's dispute desk, the failure to talk to the same person, and the fact they could not reach Lara on dead phones. I figured it was fraud. When they finally found the rats, there was no Lara Green; she was a fake character made by rats in Hong Kong who had now changed their refunds rules. How can you ship the junk I finally got before I got it? Well, management, for some reason, avoids clients and won’t talk with you, leaving you to beg your case to the United Nations, aka AX's dispute desk. It seems rats know how to deal with mice, and the American customer gets screwed. I know how to spell. If your card helper backs the Chinese rats, skip AX. I may buy stock in this liability, and the Big Four will hear about their customer service at the yearly stockholders' meeting. I might pay a Chinese model to wear these pieces and show off the elegant wrist cuff that looks like a horseshoe. Meanwhile, I have some fine jewelry a mogul grabbed. Magnets won’t lift sterling silver or cheap gold. You can’t rid the world of rats, not even at our best card issuers. If you want real help, go elsewhere, because this house acts blind, deaf, and slow, while the blame drum keeps beating louder than any promise they make today.
Hard to believe Lara Green is shutting down I've been trying for over a month to return my order, very upset I've emailed many times, but she won't reply Closing this shop is no surprise, and I'd warn others away from Lara Green today.

The ocean necklace and the matching studs aren’t like the photos and feel cheap plastic, or something very low grade. When they say costume jewelry, they mean Halloween gear, not store-bought costume jewelry. The rings feel cheap, closer to Forever 21, but worse than the ocean set which is plastic; so those high prices and that sale are again poor advertising. Also, they ship from China while the site claims she lives in the US and makes her pieces here. Also, I blocked ads from Lara Green and now I see ads from Lana Green instead. Same stories pop up, and I’m tired of the lies here.

They didn't have the ring I ordered, so they sent other rings. All of them felt really cheap. They say they are closing shop, going out of business. But weeks turn to months, and they still ship from China. If you want your money back because of bad quality or wrong items, they want you to ship the goods to China at your own expense, which is usually more than the refund would be, or you can take a 20% refund and keep the junk. File a complaint with your payment method so people and sites like this can be shut down, and warn others before they buy there. Avoid this place.
I finally received my order and the jewelry is substandard quality - NOT AS ADVERTISED!
I just got my package, and the jewelry isn't what the site showed. It's really cheap. I was so bummed. Wish I had read these reviews first. The pictures of the older woman retiring pulled me in. She is probably AI generated. I would try to send it all back, but I don't want to waste any more time or money on this place. I spent several days tracking my order, which eventually arrived two weeks late with two separate labels. It took long, but the package was useless overall. Stay away from this website!
Totally fake, cheap plastic, not gold or silver. From China.

The necklace I bought broke in one day. I am so fed up that sellers like this mislead folks - the ads looked real. This jewelry is cheap and not worth a dime. How can you scam seniors who live on social security? Totally gross and illegal. This feels really wrong.
Getting items from Lara Green Jewelry had me hopeful, but the results were not as shown. The making feels cheap, and the pieces don’t match what I saw online. For what I paid, I hoped for much more — not worth the cash. I wouldn’t tell anyone to try this brand after my visit, ever, in public.

This is a complete scam
Totally a sham, this whole thing. I grabbed the "opal" earrings priced at 40 dollars on Temu, and that owl ring was .85 cents. What a rotten liar. Glad i won't buy from this fake shop again. Not worth the risk.

ANOTHER dissatisfied customer!

While the ring I ordered looked a lot like the one on the site, I should have guessed I wasn't getting sterling silver or even silver-coated metal with real gold highlights for only $34. A few weeks of daily wear (I really liked the look) showed the silver rubbing away, exposing brass or copper, and the gold trim faded too. It was also the wrong size. When it arrived I noted the issue and was offered the correct size for about $4-$5 more. Plus, I could keep the first ring shipped. The replacement ring still didn't fit well. I started to doubt things when I tracked the first ring's delivery. If someone in the shop made this ring, why ship it from China??? The only decent news is it went out before any tariffs became a thing! Save your money and skip asking for a refund! Shipping took ages and the sizing problem came back with the replacement. It looked cheap in person, and customer service offered nothing helpful either.
Grabbed a necklace in August and have barely worn it, only a few times. Last night I tried again, really, and it tarnished and looks yellow. Do NOT buy this cheap junk!!!
