So glad I switched to Kibo Pay. Wish I had done it sooner!
I had doubts about leaving my long-time card processor after 18 years. Their rates kept climbing until I could not stay. Switching to Kibo Pay saves me a lot. The old company kept adding fees, and the bill grew every month. Kibo Pay's support is great. It is nice to speak with a real person who knows what they do and is helpful. Our rep, Maria, always answers any questions I have. She can be reached by email, phone, or text directly—no long voicemail or A.I. to reach a human! It was easy to switch to Kibo Pay, and the flat monthly fee is a few hundred dollars less than before. I wish I had switched to Kibo Pay sooner. Kibo Pay feels fair, and there are no hidden charges anywhere. Maria is patient, replies fast, and makes switching really easy.

Excellent!

So far I'm happy with how this place handles things! Maria is really helpful and friendly, and she answers my questions fast. Good customer service seems rarer these days, and I'm really impressed with the business. It's nice to feel heard and treated well here.

Mary and Crystal are absolutely awesome!
Mary and Crystal are super easy to team up with. Their help team is great and any glitches I had with the processors or my own rookie mistakes were fixed quick. A few card processors have reached out to change, and there is no match--Kibo is great, the service is great, the product is easy to use... Mary and Crystal are super easy to team up with.
