Chronic website issues
I’ve run into ongoing trouble with their site — the design tools feel old and need real updates. When I reach out to support about problems, I get plain, generic replies that don’t really answer my questions. Usually I have to follow up several times, and the fixes still don’t show up at all. I e... I’ve run into ongoing trouble with their site — the design tools feel old and need real updates. When I reach out to support about problems, I get plain, generic replies that don’t really answer my questions. Usually I have to follow up several times, and the fixes still don’t show up at all. I end up finding a workaround just to finish my work, each day. They do have nice products, and I’ve sold a fair amount through them, but I’m now trying to find a new POD partner with better platform features and responsive help.

Top Notch Quality and Good Selection
Their items are high quality and they offer a big mix of choices. The only drawback is that they ship from China and there is no US warehouse to send from. So, delivery takes longer and, on average, I've seen about 18 days from order to doorstep. They keep a wide range, so you can find many style... Over the past months I ordered many items, and one order before Christmas included two pants that never showed up. Jetprint says my address doesn’t exist, even though it’s the same address I use for other orders. I feel ignored by support and blocked from getting my money back. The package is lis... Jetprint says my address doesn’t exist, even though it’s the same address I use for other orders. I feel ignored by support and blocked from getting my money back. The package is listed as with the carrier by Jetprint, and the carrier says they don’t have it. Every update sounds fake, like they are hoping I forget now. IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM !!!! También llevo meses haciendo compras, y una de ellas fue antes de Navidad, dos pantalones que no llegaron. Jetprint dice que mi dirección no existe, pero es la misma que en otros pedidos. El pedido dice que la empresa de transporte lo tiene y la empresa dice que no. ES TOTALMENTE UNA ESTAFA !!!!

Great Products - Top Customer Services
Jetprint POD is pretty cool to me because they carry items I can't get from any other supplier, and their support team is top notch. I'm so glad to work with them that I'm slowly moving away from the POD leader to deal with JetPrint full time, since they're clearly better. Thanks a lot, JetPrint ... Best POD company
1. JetPrint covers lots of items, saving me from juggling many POD firms, and keeping things simple daily. 2. Customer help is fast, fixing many problems I face in a timely way. 3. Nice quality so far. No complaints from buyers about anything wrong with the products yet. 4. This editor is simple ... 1. Quick delivery too. It took about 12 days from start to finish, getting five-star feedback from my buyers today.

I have a very bad experience with this…
Totally poor experience with this seller, who feels sketchy. They tack on a steep $35 shipping fee for one T-shirt! Instead of the listed 9.68 US dollars. Naturally, you only find out once you can't cancel the item. So you can't be sure what you're paying and it's very unreliable. Stay away and l... Closing my account
Every order has gone wrong so far. Response time to messages is slow. I've removed these items from my shop and will close my Jetprint account. It's not worth the hassle of customer complaints from slow work and delivery times. I'm using two other print on demand services and have had no issues w... Every order has gone wrong so far. I'm using two other print on demand services and have had no issues with them. Other rivals handle faster and nicer.

Get orders wrong frequently
Orders mess up daily. They changed one item, making colors that aren't in my plan at all, really. Delivery charges swing wildly for the same items too. Customer service there is awful.

Fulfillment takes forever...
Update (3 stars): I got the order, but the page still shows nothing about it shipping. Not a bad thing, just hard to tell customers it shipped or give a tracking link. Original note (one star): I did a test order on November 14th, now it’s December 4th and it isn’t fulfilled yet. I won’t wait thi... COMPLETE TRASH
TOTAL JUNK. BAD COMPANY. On my second order for a client, they hold it for ten days, so I ask, "hey, it's been ten days, any update on the order?" Then they reply. "there was a production issue, can you remake the bag?" ...WHAT?!? After my client waited ten days they tell me there is a problem on... TOTAL JUNK. BAD COMPANY. Then I write them a long note about how I am let down and need this fixed. THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND. So I cancelled my client's order. What a horrible company. You want real reviews about JetPrint? Just search "Jetprint reviews" on Google to read all the nightmares. They are so bad that Etsy literally REMOVED ALL MY JETPRINT PRODUCTS because they do not trust JetPrint and do not allow them to connect to Etsy any longer. USE INKEDJOY INSTEAD. They are not perfect but FAR BETTER than JetPrint. JETPRINT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. If you ignore this review and still decide to use JetPrint. You deserve what you will get. Walk away from them, save stress and money.

I contacted customer support last week and got a quick reply. They said they're still improving the app's features, which is good news for me. I'll keep using their services going forward. Customers have noticed the sharp prints and super quick deliveries. I'll keep using their services.
