Customer service is a nightmare: they can't answer straight, and nobody takes responsibility. I'll keep this review updated, hoping to get this issue fixed in a good way.
Not a strong bank - the app is full of glitches that make simple tasks hard, and I keep getting charged with hidden fees for stuff I never used or asked for. I think online banks will take over soon anyway. They won't last long.

Their app never works, and now it also blocks money transfers for silly security checks. Their online staff aren’t even good at spotting what is wrong with your account or app. They sound like they’re in charge of nothing. You can have a six figure balance with their bank and still get no real help when things get tricky. They are the poor face of this bank’s service, and I’m not impressed, so don’t expect understanding, just clowns. The whole thing left me frustrated, wasting time, money, and trust in this setup.

Next time I will think twice before trusting them again.

I used the site only to arrange a ticket for my friend. No subscription needed. Not at all. After a couple of days edreams kept my data and charged 90 euros as if I signed up for a plan. I only saw the notice after my cash was taken. If my money can vanish without my confirmation by OTP or fingerprint or code, it feels like the end. It is no longer a safe bank! This is easy to fix, but Intesa San Paolo never fixed it. This happened to me three times. Now I have decided to switch banks. And the part is, you don't have an easy way to report or recover your money. Customer service is awful! Shame on you Intesa San Paolo. I think Italian government should step before it is too late and customers get affected.

That disengagement is obvious and very off-putting. My particular issue started with a wait of more than a day to get online help. I know busy times can slow things, but the support after I finally spoke with someone was awful. The chat agent showed no effort to grasp the details of my problem. My question was answered short and vague, with no follow-up or attempts to ask what I needed. To make things worse, the chat ended abruptly without any courtesy check for extra questions. This is not just poor service; it shows a dismissive attitude that leaves customers feeling ignored and undervalued. This experience has pushed me to rethink my relationship with this bank. When faced with such a clear lack of help and apparent indifference to issues, looking at other banks feels necessary. I am now ready to move my business elsewhere to a bank that puts customers first and offers the attentive, empathetic service that today’s market expects. I had hoped for at least a quick fix, a simple apology, and a plan to stop this from happening again. Instead I got silence, delays, and a sense that my business is not valued. Until changes prove otherwise, I will consider other options soon.

Inoltre, una persona in particolare (di cui evito di fare il nome) ha creato gravi problemi a causa di ritardi, incertezze professionali e incapacità nella gestione delle operazioni, senza minimamente preoccuparsi delle conseguenze. A loro non importa, si lamentano, e tu rimani senza soluzioni. La maggior parte delle volte sono costretto/a a prendere l’auto e andare di persona a Milano, perché telefonicamente non c’è modo di avere assistenza. Servizio pessimo e assolutamente da rivedere. My Android version won't work with the Banca Intesa Mobi app, so it cannot be installed. Other banks' apps install fine on my device. Why?

It's a shame they are not transparent…
It's a bummer they hide things, and you can't get anything real done. Thanks to that tool, it helps a lot in fixing things with clear sense and calm understanding for me.

Nobody helped me at all. No one could assist with my plan to open a new bank account and transfer money from China, honestly through this process.

It looks old and feels slow, which makes it hard to check accounts or pay things. My big issue came when my credit card was blocked for a small balance in my debit account. Even though the debit showed a negative, I put cash in right away to make it positive again. Yet they told me I must wait for my next paycheck to unlock the card, even though the balance was back in the black. Their hard rules make no sense when I did everything to fix it. I think it’s silly that even with a positive balance, I still have to wait. That could happen even if you add a lot of money. Insane rules, and poor service, for a bank this big. I would not tell anyone to use Intesa Sanpaolo Bank. My experience has been a steady stream of discomfort and frustration, and I will try other banks that care more about customers and offer steadier service.
