Items on the menu taste nice and you get to try something new. Delivery is punctual. Sadly, the meat plates are very small portions. They could be more. And it's annoying that all the dishes with scampi sell out quick. You don't have a chance. The packaging waste is a lot, even though much of it ... Bottom line: Some dishes are worth the price, but they always run out. Mostly too pricey. For gyros, I could just go to a kebab shop. Cheaper, easier, and less waste. Worth a try once.
Nice variety of recipes and solid ingredients. Yet honestly it got a little expensive. When I first bought the books years ago, they were cheaper. Overall, I still found most ideas worth trying.

Delicious, sometimes ingredients not accurate
Recipes feel pretty good and the steps are mostly easy to do. Some orders arrive with a few small ingredients wrong or missing. Besides that, it's handy not to shop and to have exact amounts for each item. Overall it saves time and keeps dinner simple and stress-free too.

I like a lot that the boxes make cooking so fun
These boxes make cooking feel easy and fun. I like that a lot. You always get meals that taste good and are healthy, without a trip to the store or flipping a cookbook. It's an easy, calm, quick way to cook after a long workday for me.

Very handy for busy days, indeed.
Those people push to send boxes, even when I said no. They want me to explain why I don't want one each week. Also, there’s no option to mark allergens. I have a deadly shrimp allergy, really serious, not just a dislike. It’s as bad as allergies get, and this week I got a note from them saying “... I guess.
Menu variety is nice, but some parts drop. Quantity and quality have gone down

super easy to order, many meals to pick from. If something comes up, they fix it as quick as they can. But there have been no problems, at least in the last year. Packaging looks nice, meals taste nice and the steps are easy to follow... I don't think the time they say for prep is real for how long it takes in total...

Great app- great food :)
Nice app, easy to use. A selection of dishes for tastes and ideas. Orders come on time and in good condition. Cooking is fun for kids and grownups. Try HelloFresh and make your own tasty experiences ;)

Trying out new recipes, too much packaging waste

Typically HelloFresh dinners taste nice and are easy to make, so I kept ordering for that simple reason. But one of my deliveries got cancelled suddenly with no replacement or clear explanation. And of course, it came at a week when I was counting on that order. Getting in touch with support w... And of course, it came at a week when I was counting on that order. Getting in touch with support was a total mess. I was spoken to in a rude way, even after I asked them to stop. My real questions were ignored, and I just got bland, standard replies. I’m really disappointed. If I’m not relying on their deliveries, I wouldn’t order again. For now, I’m done with HelloFresh. It was pretty disappointing overall.
All in all we like Hello Fresh concept, service and food quality. The variety of meals is nice, though it might not be healthy enough. The app works. We order 3 dinners for 3 people and that covers the family of 2 grown-ups and 2 kids for 3-5 meals. Cooking takes 30-45 min and isn't hard to do. T... The amounts can be odd, like 1,75 tablespoons of salt. The packaging isn’t the best fit for the products, with paper packets of seasoning getting wet because they sat next to something damp. Still it keeps meals simple enough today.
I'm into HelloFresh right now. The meals are tasty, fresh, decent quality, the portions ample and it's quick these days – awesome! I have to drop a star because in my last box, a tomato and a pepper were bursting on the side from too much pressure on the bag – I think that's a bummer.
