Amazing customer service!
I've bought a few things from Hacoo before, and sizes have usually fit, but two jackets this time were small. I asked for a refund on one since a larger size wasn't in stock and asked to swap the other. In under a day, the refund landed, the exchange was sent, and free postage meant I didn't need... In under a day, the refund landed, the exchange was sent, and free postage meant I didn't need to send back the other two items! I'm blown away by how quickly this got sorted and the nice gesture to keep the smaller stuff. Brilliant service!! Thank you Hacoo!🙌🤩 Very pleased overall.

Ordered a necklace,came tangled and…
Ordered a necklace, it came tangled and I couldn’t fix it. Tried for a refund three times. I even cut it into pieces, lol, then they said it still wasn't destroyed enough. Ordered a small order under £10.00
Placed a small order under £10.00. Everything seemed fine at first until the parcel stalled at the UK Royal Mail hub for a week, then ended up in Warrington. Two days later it appeared in a Royal Mail envelope, with a note saying the package arrived in this state! Of course the contents were miss... Placed a small order under £10.00. That’s when the fun began, Hacoo’s customer service proved to be a joke, basically non existent. I filled in a refund form and uploaded photos…they kept canceling it and we went round in circles. Please think twice before using them, especially for bigger sums, because you may lose your money if something goes wrong. This is turning into a real standoff!!! 28th September 2025. As you can read below, Hacoo’s reply to my review. I had contacted Royal Mail using the number on their envelope I got. They completely contradicted Hacoo’s claim, saying the contract starts when the label is printed and attached. If items are damaged or missing, the customer gets a full refund from Hacoo, and then Royal Mail pays Hacoo back the full amount. That’s what they told me to do. So I did… I will update if I ever get my refund.

Thieves!!!
Three orders I placed all got cancelled. The last one was cancelled within hours. It's been 12 days and I still have no refund. Every time I reach out, they say they're just delaying credits. They cancelled the order and took my money!!!!! Terrible company. Never buying from them again.

I’ve bought from this site for years, even when it changed names around. My last order came faulty, I argued it, and I still got nowhere. Now I keep trying to place new orders, and every single one keeps getting cancelled. Customer service is hideous, and they never seem to help. They say the sam... They say the same thing, how it’s a problem on their end, not theirs. Rubbish!! Everything was fine until I disputed, and it all went wrong.

No help from customer service
One time I bought a thing for myself plus three more orders, and every one got canceled, no reason given. The help desk did nothing for me. They blamed maybe being out of stock, yet my friend tried the same and it worked for her. Very disappointed with support.

Great items
Only tried it once to pick up a couple of Christmas gifts, but they turned out great! Good quality for what I paid and I can’t explain how close the copies look!! You wouldn’t even know they aren’t real. Can’t wait to order again when I’ve got money for a few things for myself too

No Returns Process
Overall, what you get is fine, but the buying process drags on forever and the return path is awful. If you don’t want something or want to swap it for a different size, you can’t until you’ve cut it up. It feels wasteful and doesn’t make sense. They’d be better off letting you donate to charity ... Hacoo have decided I can no longer…
Hacoo have blocked my ability to place orders anymore. They keep saying items are out of stock while the site shows them available. I have messaged them many times asking why I am blocked from buying. All they reply with is that items are not open. I can add any item to my cart and they stop the ... This has been happening since June ‘25, and it is now mid Sept ‘25 and still no access. I feel picked out and treated unfairly, with no real explanation. Just the same stale excuse of items being unavailable. So be careful sharing your profile, I guess they disliked mine. Hacoo. Thanks for replying, truly. I have done every one of your steps many times, with no result. Very disappointed. Honestly I just want to shop without this nonsense and feel treated fairly. That’s all, please.

Never heard of this company, and I don’t know why they’re pulling money from my account. I’ve never used their services, and finding a customer service phone is nearly impossible. I’m filing police reports about this. Someone needs action today.

Order froze at ‘packing’ on tracking
Last year I had orders with them, no problem. This year I ordered in July for my daughter's August birthday. I planned it 5 weeks ahead because shipping can take time. The order hit the packing stage on the tracker and stayed there, and now it’s September. Nobody can tell me where it is or what’s... Last year I had orders with them, no problem. The order hit the packing stage on the tracker and stayed there, and now it’s September. Nobody can tell me where it is or what’s going on or how long it’ll be. When I try the refund link it asks if I’ve checked it hasn’t arrived at the address and if I’ve checked with the courier, but that’s pointless since they’ve not even packed it yet, let alone sent it off. I’m really frustrated overall.
