That service provider is the worst by far, no help at all. I paid for a website, 2 emails, and 365 and got nothing but trouble. No one answers the phone, and issues on emails never get fixed; you have to log in to four settings to get your emails, and they won’t link to To iPhones. They want £70 ... Definitely the worst thing I've ever dealt with. Stay away from tricks. They care nothing for people. Wish I could rate them lower.

Extremely poor customer service
Very poor customer service, pressure on time and trouble because of a bug in the delegated access area of their site, hours spent on AI chat with several agents and on the phone with them too, not only unable to fix the problem but no answer over the phone, told to wait for tech support's reply a... It left me stuck and frustrated overall.

Very poor service & still without the product paid for
Bought a domain and an email address. I waited for the email to be ready, the site said a few minutes. By the next day nothing was done. I texted GoDaddy in chat. Two hours later it still wasn't fixed and I still had no email. I explained this was time sensitive and I was losing work because of i... Bought a domain and an email address. I explained this was time sensitive and I was losing work because of it. I got an email saying it would take 24 hours to resolve. Now it's been three days since I bought it, and I still have no working email and no way to reach my customers. I asked how to file a formal complaint and was given two wrong links: one labeled how to report abuse. I said that wasn't what I needed, it was to make a complaint. I was told that's all they had. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this has been both frustrating and stressful. The service feels poor and I still don't have a working product three days later. It's only an email setup. It shouldn't be this hard. I expected better help and a faster fix from a big name. Instead I got delays, excuses, and more waiting that hurts my business today.

Kudos to Major
I called about the surprise charge for PHP help and had a mix-up with Major. But he stayed calm and knew what to do, and led me to the place for PHP upgrade under Dashboard (which I rarely use even with Deluxe hosting). Nice job to him!! Very frustrated, no help, hidden charges, and a terrible time After a nice market day, I checked my bank and saw two odd charges from GoDaddy: £74.93 and £22.79. No prior warning, no explanation. Trying to get help was a mess. The site has endless pages that go in circles, no clear way to contact... Trying to get help was a mess. The site has endless pages that go in circles, no clear way to contact anyone, no live chat works, and even their AI “support” stayed quiet. I felt stranded. For a firm that says they fix sites, their own pages are a mess. It’s hard to find real help or file a proper complaint. The only thing left was to write this review, and it says everything. Prices can rise, I get that, but the way they did it was plain wrong, no openness, no heads up, and zero help. After this, I’m thinking about leaving their platform. Disgraceful service from a company that should know better. Please learn from this mess, so others do not face the same disappointment or feel stuck with bad support in the end.

The GoDaddy agent I worked with was Flavia
The GoDaddy rep I spoke with (Flavia) was very helpful and went well beyond what you'd normally expect. For the most part she beat the help I got from earlier GoDaddy agents. I am a very dissatisfied customer! The do not stand behind their product.
First I phoned Godaddy to drop my plan on 9/10/25 around noon, since the price wasn’t worth it. A rep talked me into trying a cheaper option elsewhere. He also said I’d get a partial refund, which never showed up. He forgot to mention I’d lose my shopping cart. Without that cart, the site is usel... He also said I’d get a partial refund, which never showed up. He forgot to mention I’d lose my shopping cart. Without that cart, the site is useless to me. I rang back on 10/1 at 4:22 and got told my account was refunded, that the new lower charge was taken from that, and the rest would be sent back. I never saw a cent. I told the agent I wanted a full refund, a third time, as my site was down. He told me he would but in for a full refund, but said he did not think it would go through as it was beyond the refund time frame. It was only 21 days later. I waited a bit and never received any refund. On 10/15 at 1:06pm, I called again, as I never received a refund and my website was no longer available at all. Once again, I told them I wanted a full refund, a third time, as my site was no longer online. I was told they had given me a partial credit but no refund. I asked for a supervisor. I waited well over 30 minutes on hold for the supervisor. I went over the issues once again. He then told me my site was up and working. I had checked 3 times before, including right before calling, and it was not up, but gave a File not found (404 error) . Clearly, in the 30 minutes I was on hold, they partially restored my site. I explained this was not what I wanted or what the original representative told me I would be getting. I complained about their poor policies and horrible customer service. The call lasted 57 minutes and 22 seconds and accomplished nothing! To this day, I have not received a dime back as was promised in the original phone call. I am a very dissatisfied customer! Trusted sales talk to try cheaper plan. After I declined, I expected service to end clean. Each person gave a version of the numbers, so I spent more time on hold trying to understand what I was told. The site went offline at random times, which made things worse. I asked for written confirmation, but that never came. When I asked for a manager again, the line froze, then a busy tone rang twice before someone picked up. They said the site was back up, but I knew it wasn’t, since a 404 showed up when I tried to load. I felt lied to and ignored, like they cared about policy, not fixing the problem. I want the full refund promised, not a vague credit that never appears. It wastes my time and shows bad service. Really today.

Prices are competitive and coverage is solid for small business sites. A couple of integrations could be smoother, but overall it works well.
