Not impressed with how they handle support and the online chat. I've been trying to take out cash for more than ten days now with no luck. There's a note on my account saying 'Some actions are currently unavailable on this account.' - not really helpful at all. I sent a secure message. The reply... Not impressed with how they handle support and the online chat. I've been trying to take out cash for more than ten days now with no luck. There's a note on my account saying 'Some actions are currently unavailable on this account.' - not really helpful at all. I sent a secure message. The reply came two days later saying they would be in touch soon. What 'soon' means, I'm not sure. I get more messages from them, and more automated notes, but no real explanation. In the end I got a 'please ring us' prompt. They want to be sure they're talking to the right person. The chat system is called secure. I logged into my account using my finger print, they sent me a login code to my mobile that I entered. They've sent me emails about my messages. How much more do they need? I've explained I'm hard of hearing - I don't want a money talk over the phone about money if I can't understand what's being said. No reply. Besides all the fuss about calling, why does it take days to answer a message? So annoying.

Quite a patient helper. He spent a long time answering my many questions. He showed a clear grasp of how funds work, and whenever he doubted something he checked. What happened to Fidelity's customer service lately? Phone wait times are long (even though it's free) and I still haven't heard a thing this week. You can leave your number and someone will call back, but no one ever does. I wrote three messages on the site and got an auto reply saying they will... You can leave your number and someone will call back, but no one ever does. I wrote three messages on the site and got an auto reply saying they will reach out, and again, nothing. It's all pretty worrying and you wonder what has changed. The service feels unreliable, and it makes me worry more.
