Do not take returns

My wife tried five times to return the pants she got me for my birthday. Each time they say UPS will stop by on a set day to pick it up. THEY NEVER SHOW. They don't want returns. Do not buy the wrong size or you will be stuck with it!! right now

Expensive bag, cheap shipment.

I paid near 2000€ for a bag and you shipped it in a plain box that broke during transit, arriving cracked, half open, with the bag inside dirty and damaged. Really poor experience.

Farfetch is not willing to take back…
Trying to return a few things, I ran into trouble with Farfetch and DHL. The return policy says they should accept returns and refund, but Farfetch won’t take the items back. Now I’m told I must pay duties, or the goods will be held at customs in SA and could be destroyed if they aren’t cleared. ... Trying to return a few things, I ran into trouble with Farfetch and DHL. There have been lots of emails between me, DHL, and Farfetch trying to fix this. A long time ago I asked them to handle it, and they did, yet they only sent back one item instead of four. I even have case numbers and all the papers about the return process, but nothing is moving. I’m not happy with both companies, Farfetch and DHL. I just want this fixed and my money back soon, please, thanks.

Customer Service Terrible as Usual

I placed my order on 10/11 with quick shipping, expected to arrive by 10/17. Now it's 10/19 and I still haven't gotten half of the items. The tracking says the parcel was lost when picked up, and UPS never even received it, which makes no sense to me. Farfetch hasn't helped at all, honestly, really.

Counterfeit or non-100% original good
Regrettably, Farfetch, via the partner Mia Burton, sold me Garrett Leight sunglasses (ID 24718283) that looked counterfeit or not fully original, because they differed greatly from the same item shown on the maker's site. Even the maker, contacted by me, could not confirm that the pair I got was ... Even the maker, contacted by me, could not confirm that the pair I got was truly original. I asked Farfetch’s customer service to give me proof that the sunglasses were genuine, but no answer came. The sunglasses were returned and I was fully refunded, including shipping costs (PayPal may have helped in that part). The few positives were the FedEx shipment, which I find more dependable than other couriers, and the phone support, which was available, though the information given sometimes conflicted. Still, I doubt I will give them another try. Return went smoothly, but the refund took longer than I hoped and that was annoying. The phone team helped at times, yet some replies clashed with earlier notes, making the whole thing feel messy for me.

Fantastic experience

Great experience! I got a notice that the thing I wanted, which had sold out, was back in stock, not available elsewhere. Shipping to Australia was AUD 30, but it arrived quickly. Very pleased! It felt smooth, easy to order, and I'm happy today!
