Enpal in Germany did a really good job installing solar panels, a wallbox, storage batteries, and the electrical system at my home. Only two days, nice prep, crew, organized and good at explaining the tech in detail. They left the place perfectly cleaned up afterward. It could not have been any b... The setup of the project went quick and easy. I really think Enpal offers a full, all around carefree package.

First touch and planning went quite smooth. People are friendly and eager to help. Organization and delivery are also pretty good. Even Enpal uses some programmes to garantie a smoother workflow and to secure every step, but there is still room for one improvement. Yet this stays a gripe at a ver... Installation team did a really great job! They moved fast, with solid focus on every detail, and did all in a professional way. You can see they are real pros at it. Talking with them was easy and friendly from start to finish. Definitely would hire again – recommend them!

After I left a note, ENPAL got back fast. They suggested I reach their “Support” team. I already did that, and that group told me to handle the issue myself and closed the ticket. Now Riccardo Castellano has reached out, and I hope he can fix my problem soon. Please, let this help.

New heat pump in our house
Heat pump was put in and the old heater removed in one day. Electrical connections and the outdoor unit were done earlier. It didn't affect how we used the old heater. The salesman was really honest and the offer was fair.

€2,747.72 unpaid — Enpal ignores the problem and lets subcontractors intimidate workers
During March through May 2025 I teamed with Assemble DC12 to set up solar panels for Enpal, via the subcontractor Assemble Sp. z.o.o. I did all the work I was asked to do, yet Enpal still owes me €2,747.72 today. On May 21 I spoke up in public, and Enpal’s CCO, Boris Radke, said he would check it... I did all the work I was asked to do, yet Enpal still owes me €2,747.72 today. On May 21 I spoke up in public, and Enpal’s CCO, Boris Radke, said he would check it out. Since then: nothing back, no fix — only silence. Rather than own up, the subcontractor messaged me and tried to push me to drop my post, warning I might “never get paid” if I kept talking online. That was intimidation, not a mix-up. I have written proof of that chat. Enpal keeps hiding behind outsourcing while the workers on the ground remain unpaid. That isn’t how a fair, lasting company acts. My proof includes dates, screenshots, and the exact wording of the threats. I kept copies for records too.
They were very kind and checked on me once the corrections began, and everything seems all fine.

I don't even know what's on the roof or how it works. Update: After reading my Trustpilot, an outside staffer reached out, and we started pushing service together. Still, after many tries, we couldn't find anyone who can help. We chose to remove the panels, but no word about the steps. I'm using power, but I have no clue who I pay and at what rate. Unbelievably poor customer support. How did you turn a near‑customer, who bought a home with installed gear and ready to sign a deal, into someone looking for ways to sue you? If you don't need support for 20 years of your lease, pick them! UPDATE: Still sending me mails addressed to the deceased owner, and I still don't know who I will pay for electricity. No one explained the bill, no one answered, and I still worry who is charging me, how much, and why. This feels unfair, confusing, and I regret dealing with them. every single day.
