Helpful Technician…

Thanks to ENPAL technician Simone Dionis I now see that the fault comes from ENEL the power supplier. We will see if they are willing to fix the issue and what they do about it next.

Continued lack of support from ENPAL
In November 2024 I had ten panels installed. From the start the system did not work properly. When I reported the faults on the inverter I got no real help. Only very complicated advice on how to fix things myself was offered. The system has now failed completely and there was no further contact.... In November 2024 I had ten panels installed. From the start the system did not work properly. When I reported the faults on the inverter I got no real help. Only very complicated advice on how to fix things myself was offered. The system has now failed completely and there was no further contact. I am taking legal steps for the repair or removal and for damages. I have not been told who buys the surplus electricity. My electricity and gas supplier say they are not involved. ENPAL replied but still avoided any responsibility. I keep seeking answers and expect proper responsibility. No one explains where the extra power goes or who credits it. That lack of clarity makes this worse. Frustrated by now.

Good company

Across Italy, this respected company does a solid job installing solar panels. Their team of experts gives helpful support, and the office staff are consistently professional. I would gladly recommend their services to others too.
