Kept promises, not progress. I signed a deal in November to put Solar Panels and Wärmepumpe in and make them work, but it’s May now. The gear arrived fast for the job and they got paid quickly; installation happened in February, yet since then no one has connected the wires to the battery box. Ou... Kept promises, not progress. Our contract and guarantee said 6 weeks; now it’s 6 months and we’re not closer to done. Emails and calls get ignored most of the time. We’re paying the loan for the project on top of gas and electricity, and if we’d known this would drag on, we wouldn’t have started at all. Customer service says “I’ll send an email” after the contract is signed, and the “personal rep” (Hr. Tretter) gets his cut and only answers when they want something or takes days to reply on his phone. Everything runs through third party firms to install everything, and apparently none of them talk to each other. November 2024 - sign contract February 2025 - installation May 2025 - dust collector UPDATE::: June 2025… downgraded to 1 star. Info sent to EKD, still waiting on Elektro install. They have until Tuesday morning to call us with an appointment or we’ll sue. UPDATE::: September 2025… they ran a cable, installed a box on the wall, and sent an email. Workers say they’ll return in November. We still wait, pay the bills, and feel this is all delay, forever.

Batteriespeicher wurde geliefert, bezahlt und erst nach vier Monaten angeschlossen. Geht nicht. Dachrinne wurde bei der Montage beschädigt. Ein Gerüst wurde angeboten ... Das aufgebaute Gerüst entsprach in keiner Weise den UVV Vorschriften. Alle Arbeiten am Dach waren wegen Sicherheitsvorschriften so nicht hinnehmbar. Auch mehrere Bedenken zum Gerüstbau und zur Montage der PV-Elemente wurden ignoriert.
