My account was locked moments after…
Right after I placed my first bid, my account got locked, and the seller had already accepted it. Support has ignored my ticket for 5 days, sending only automated replies, to date, sadly.

Customer service does not seem to…
Support here feels nonexistent. They freeze your login at random moments - I still don’t get why, and it happened twice. I made a fresh account, checked every detail, and paid with their system, by the book. Two days later, banned again. Why?? I’ve sent many requests to support, but for two weeks... Support here feels nonexistent. They freeze your login at random moments - I still don’t get why, and it happened twice. I’ve sent many requests to support, but for two weeks now I’ve only heard "we are busy". It feels like they ignore problems. Some real help would be nice today.

Like lots of folks, I can't even sign up. I've hit all the same problems others mentioned, like not getting the activation email / sms code, and after a lot of work my login is blocked right away on the first try. Horrible Company
I sent notes about cheating activity, no reply for ages. This site used to be fine, now it's a mess with scams and no help. I feel unsafe.

Strange page this is! I never had a log-in and i can't start it because they won't share details! I want an account with them to search and buy parts, clothes, or stuff I want to own! They banned my account because I forgot…
They shut down my account because I forgot my password and asked for a reset. They would not unlock my account. Then I tried making a new account with a different email and my German phone number, and they banned it before I even signed in. This is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. I w... One star rating after more then 7000 reviews.
It won't run anymore, the site is badly coded. My account got blocked for no reason, I tried to sign up again, but I never get a verification email. One star after seven thousand reviews. So you must be poor and awful! :)

I used it ONCE to buy some earphones
I tried once to buy earbuds, the seller never mailed them, I lost my money, it feels like a scam, I filed a report with Kleinanzeige, but they still won't refund my money. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this site.

Ebay Kleinanzeigen is a scammers heaven
Marketplace feels like scammers' paradise, you should not pay with PayPal friends/family because many get robbed, this happened to me, customer support was awful, really there was no real help anywhere online.

My account got locked without any real reason. Their auto system clearly fails. And there is no reply when you try to reach them either. And I just made a deal and the seller is waiting for me to pay, but I can't (so I also have no way to tell the seller about the issue). I don't know what kind o... Kleinanzeigan, it seems only German IPs can sign up. I tried several times to register as a buyer and kept getting refused. The support team say there is a problem, they deny it, but when you use Google, anyone outside Germany still cannot access. It feels unfair and slow, and the page keeps bloc... No One on the Platform Accepts Normal Customer-Protected Payment Methods
Last month I tried to pick up a phone around 150 euros on Kleinanzeigen. I reached out to about fifty different sellers. Most of them were ready to let me buy at nice prices. The offers looked solid, but every time there was the same snag: they’ll ship online but only if I pay with an unsafe meth... Last month I tried to pick up a phone around 150 euros on Kleinanzeigen. I reached out to about fifty different sellers. Most of them were ready to let me buy at nice prices. The offers looked solid, but every time there was the same snag: they’ll ship online but only if I pay with an unsafe method like PayPal Friends and Family or a basic bank transfer. None accepted PayPal Goods and Services or Kleinanzeigen Sicher Bezahlen. In one case, as soon as the private seller saw I used PayPal Goods and Services instead of Friends and Family, he refunded me—losing a bit myself in the bargain. Bottom line: not one seller used PayPal Goods and Services or Kleinanzeigen Sicher Bezahlen. I am amazed at how widespread this problem is; it felt huge to me. Out of fifty sellers in Germany—mostly with ten years or more on the site and strong scores—none would sell using a safe payment method. From what I saw, all of them were against these protections. In the end, I couldn’t buy the phone. I’m just shocked. Why is there a rule in a country like Germany—where shops refuse returns—that gives buyers protection for online buys, yet is so widely and strongly rejected by sellers?! I am in awe and deeply shocked. I can hardly believe it. I used this platform in 2014 and 2015 when it was owned by American eBay, and back then, this trend did not exist. Official figures show scams on the site rose after it moved to German management, and now there is reluctance to accept safe payment methods by users. I am both amazed and frustrated. I don’t know what to say. It feels like as the site grew more German and local, more of the real German vibe crept in. The safe ways to pay are still there, but people don’t use them in practice. Why it turned out this way, I think, is the big puzzle still unsolved. Perhaps the site should push protections, not just show them in rules today. Maybe other buyers will share similar hits and misses, so I’m not alone in this. If secure pay options were common practice, deals would feel fairer and more people would return. For now, I warn friends to check payment rules before sending money, and I hope the platform fixes this soon, sooner rather than later.

This site is full of scams
Lots of scams show up here, seriously. Stay away at all costs! Also, the Dutch parent group Online Payment Platform (OPP) has a wild business plan. After a lot of back-and-forth with the slow AI 'support', I got back the money, BUT: the service fees (insurance 'pay securely') and the shipping costs are kept, even though I did nothing wrong as the buyer. OPP writes (since they know this move is almost criminal): 'In a refund, the service fees will be kept because you used the service.' WTF? 'THE service'? For all good sales, they keep the fees for THE service too. I will never pay for anything on Kleinanzeigen.de this way again. Only cash on pickup. If possible. Kleinanzeigen.de seems to be a cash cow for OPP owners. And I already tell friends to avoid it, because trust is gone and fees stay. Not worth any risk.

That shop is the worst place online, they are loud sellers, they take your cash, the seller and the company or support folks all thieves. After I sent the return, they got it, yet I never got my money back, thieves

I explained I do not want to show my full address since that's where I live. It's a small business, I don't have an office. I make videos for clients and just go to them or wherever they want. Why publish my address? They sent me the automatic reply again, the same thing as before. This is a waste of money. Instead of piling up rules they should follow a basic rule: when a company does not provide the service paid for, it must compensate the customer. That's basic business. I hoped they would fix it, not pretend nothing happened. If they can't deliver, at least offer fair credit or refund. Otherwise I will tell others to stay away. That seems fair enough.
