Average quality, slow service

The canvas from Easy Canvas Prints itself looked okay, but colors were dull and edges were slightly cropped. Delivery took much longer than promised and the help desk never followed up. Not worth the hassle.

Never again, waste of money

I received a damaged print and a late replacement with the wrong dimensions from Easy Canvas Prints. The refund process was a nightmare and I still haven't been compensated. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed with order

The print from Easy Canvas Prints arrived cropped wrong and the colors shifted entirely. Shipping was late and support offered no real solutions. I feel misled by the product photos.

Slow refunds and misprints

Took forever to process a return with Easy Canvas Prints, and the misprint wasn't corrected. The replacement showed up late and looked the same as the first attempt. I won't be ordering again.

Ruined print, poor quality

I ordered a 20x30 canvas from Easy Canvas Prints. Colors were off and the image looked washed out. The frame arrived damaged and customer service was slow to respond.

Disappointed, not worth the price

Photos looked great online from Easy Canvas Prints, but the canvas quality fell short in real life. The coating began peeling after a week and customer support offered no real fix. I regret this purchase.

The picture cut off my dogs ears and…

That pic cut off my dog's ears and chin, not what I sent! They offered just 80 percent refund! This is a joke, and I really won't recommend them anyway!

Is there human oversight before printing?
On my first order, two photos came out wrong: one showed a white stripe along the edge, and the other was printed on the wrong sized canvas. This was meant as a wedding gift, so I had to buy two more pictures and send them to my hotel. Keeping my fingers crossed that they turn out better, and that I’ll get a refund!

The canvas didn't arrive on time for my son's signing! I ordered early and paid extra for faster shipping. They said I never approved it in an email they sent! I never received that email! I paid over $80 for it and they will only refund me $27.14! Who comes up with that amount? That's over $50 w... The canvas didn't arrive on time for my son's signing! Prints look awful they do nothing to your photo and just print it “. Blind” pixelated, fuzzy or have a mark on it… that’s what you get! Mine was chipped in the edges too! Arbitrarily delayed order 6 days, missed mother's day
I called the day after my order should have arrived to get an update. First they told me they kept it for the image looking too pixelated and that an email went out the day of the order for my input. I never got that email, not in spam or junk. They fired off an email while I was on the line, ask... I called the day after my order should have arrived to get an update. They fired off an email while I was on the line, asking me to confirm the image looked fine. When I said it looked okay, they said the picture was printed yesterday and would ship today. Which is the truth, though? Was it held the day I ordered or printed yesterday? Most likely they're busy with Mother's Day orders, and instead of owning up to bad planning, they read from a script with fake excuses. I placed this order 16 days before Mother's Day, and I would not have blamed them if the delivery date came after it. That would be on me if I hadn't ordered earlier. But they said it would show up in 11 days. Now it sits at 17. I hope they fix this, or at least tell the truth next time.

Turned out even better than I was expecting (and I had high expectations)!

Chipped corners

Mostly satisfied, BUT, a couple of my acrylics now show chips on the edges. The backside has been rubbed off or cracked. It stands out and I tried to cover it with sharpie. The packing is solid, but corner guards might be smart. Kind of a bummer and a worry about ordering more from Easy Canvas . . .

Fuzzy picture for the canvas size.

The photo I sent was low res. It looks good on the screen but came out fuzzy on the print. I wish they would have told me before finishing the order. It might have been sharper if I picked a smaller size than 12 by 12. Anyway, the service was still okay. Thanks for that

The prints that I received on Canvas…were terrible

Canvas prints I got were among the worst I've seen. This really upsets me since I ordered seven prints. Then I paid extra for Easy Canvas to put the picture hangers on the back of each one. They did not add any hangers. Very disappointing to me.

11x14 did not turn out

Bought 3 - 11 x 14 canvas prints, one looks squashed and the faces seem to run, like they melted. Not happy with how it turned out, and I spent $50 on them. Definitely not what I expected ever.

Terrible Quality & Bent Metal

Metal prints come out grainy and look awful when mounted. The quality feels poor, and one piece even bent sharp at the top corner. I won't buy from this shop again. Such a disappointment, really! I expected better from you!!
