what an absolute awful experience I’ve…

Placed this order on the 10th and it is…

Shipped this item late; I placed it on the 10th and now it's the 20th, and it's only just coming into the Netherlands (I'm in the UK) so I guess it’ll be another 2-3 days before it lands, would not have bought it if I knew it would take this long

Sent a package to the wrong address they made up
The shop changed my postcode on the delivery address, then sent a parcel to the wrong place and claimed I signed for it, as if someone did. My address still sits in their system, yet the shipping address differed between the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. When I told them wh... My address still sits in their system, yet the shipping address differed between the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. When I told them what they did, they told me to reach Royal Mail, the courier they used, and that I could complain to them. I said it was Tradein's mistake, not Royal Mail's, but they brushed me off and would not send the item right or give a refund. I then contacted my bank, and they reimbursed me, so Tradeinn got nothing for wasting my time. Their service delay cost me extra work and stress, and their excuses left me angry too.

their prices are pretty fair - delivery took 7 days, but I can deal with that if it means saving 20% at the same time :)

Very poor service 62366965. I placed my order and it showed as delivered, yet the driver gave it to a neighbour but never said who, and I can’t find the package. I tried ringing and emailing the company several times, but emails bounced back. At last I got through, but since it was past the seven... Very poor service 62366965. This is ridiculous, and I still don’t have my order. Won’t shop with them again. Definitely not worth the trouble or cost.

I spotted the exact trainers I wanted at a nice price and learned the site had great reviews. Easy to order and the delivery fee was a bit higher because it came from overseas. Very fast delivery, I was kept informed at every step and it arrived by Royal Mail. They were packed well, but the outer... Very fast delivery, I was kept informed at every step and it arrived by Royal Mail. They were packed well, but the outer cover split badly and the box tore, which I think happened during transit. The trainers were in perfect condition and I have a very pleased niece who loves the colour and the sparkly laces. It was all easy and worth it for sure. My family agrees.

I grabbed a pair of Roberto Cavalli eyeglass frames from Dressinn. I saw them at Costco, and they were over 300$. I looked online for the model and Dressinn had the best price. No Customer Support & Destructive Packaging Policies
The goods finally showed up, but the whole experience was truly disappointing. They were sent with a cheap, unreliable last-mile courier. On arrival, it was obvious the package had been damaged before shipping. The gift boxes looked torn and taped back together in a messy way. That is not accepta... On arrival, it was obvious the package had been damaged before shipping. The gift boxes looked torn and taped back together in a messy way. That is not acceptable for gifts. I reached out to support right away, sending photos and all requested details. I explained the rush because they were presents, and even offered to buy replacements if I could be repaid. Instead of quick help, I faced ongoing delays and empty claims, including the baseless charge that I damaged the packaging myself—despite the photos. Support was not good at all. One rep, Stephen, stood out for being unhelpful. He was rude, hard to understand, and cared little about fixing it. The vendor's reply below is the word salad you get when you start a return for damaged goods. It's all lip service, not real customer care. I've given my purchase to a local charity. Useless. I would skip this seller entirely next time I shop for sure anyway.

I put in an order online. It stayed listed in the system until one moment the order vanished from my account and I can't reach support for more details. I did chat with someone who said the package was on the way. Still, I won't know when my shoes will reach the pickup point. I checked the courie... I put in an order online. Still, I won't know when my shoes will reach the pickup point. I checked the courier site too, and the tracking page isn't there. Am I being scammed? Please tell me exactly who to contact, I do have a screenshot of the vanished order, thankfully. Somebody should confirm delivery status and help me recover proof right away.

I made a purchase 23rd of August
I bought something on 23rd of August, money was taken from my account on 26th of August and the things still haven't arrived. I have contacted customer service several times and there is not much help beyond a tracking number. According to the tracking, the box was sent from Spain to the Netherla... According to the tracking, the box was sent from Spain to the Netherlands to Germany and now supposedly back to Spain. It's a long tale with no end and I have no patience left. I have set an ultimatum, either deliver the package by the end of the month or cancel the order and refund my money. That reply asked me to wait while they look into this again but my patience is gone. I want this fixed now, not more delays and excuses, please.

Worst Online Shopping Experience – Delays, Lies, and No Refund
I ordered a pair of shoes from Dressinn on 3rd September, hoping they would arrive between the 12th and 15th as their site said. At first that looked fair, but what followed turned into the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. False Promises & Missed Delivery Dates After the 15th passe... I ordered a pair of shoes from Dressinn on 3rd September, hoping they would arrive between the 12th and 15th as their site said. At first that looked fair, but what followed turned into the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. False Promises & Missed Delivery Dates After the 15th passed, new dates showed up: first the 16th, then the 17th, then the 18th. Each day I was told the package would arrive, yet every day ended without a delivery. On 19th September, I even got a message saying the package would be there between 8:50 AM and 1:00 PM. Guess what? Nothing showed up. Blame Shifting to Royal Mail When I reached out to their support, they didn’t own the fault. They sent tracking links and told me to check with Royal Mail. I ordered from Dressinn, not from Royal Mail, so that isn’t my job. My deal is with Dressinn, and they failed to keep their promise. False Delivery Attempt Claims On 20th September, I got an email saying a “delivery attempt was made but nobody was there.” This isn’t true. I live in a flat with a lobby where deliveries are left safely every day. I also got other Royal Mail post and Amazon packages during that time with no issue. So why can Dressinn’s courier fail so badly? Either they’re lying, or they’re using very unreliable couriers. Order Purpose Lost The shoes were for a specific use around mid-September, which is now past. Even if they show up, they’re useless to me. The value of this purchase is gone, and Dressinn didn’t deliver in a reasonable time. Poor Customer Service & No Accountability Every email I sent was met with a copy-paste reply blaming shipping delays, border checks, or just redirecting me to Royal Mail. No one addressed my request for a refund or compensation. It feels like they’re hoping I’ll give up. Feels Like Fraud When a company keeps making false promises, fails to deliver, and then says delivery was attempted while ignoring refunds, it starts to feel like outright fraud. I trusted them once, and it’s been a big mistake. My Advice to Others: Do not waste money or time with Dressinn. Their timelines are misleading, their support is unhelpful, and you risk losing both your money and your peace of mind. As of today, 20th September, I still don’t have my package or my refund. I’m forced to go through my payment provider and warn others here. Verdict: Unreliable, dishonest, and extremely disappointing. I will never shop here again. Honestly, this was a poor choice. I would not recommend Dressinn to anyone. To anyone thinking of buying from them, save your money and time, because delays, excuses, and silence are the normal pattern here. No refunds, no care, just more waiting. sadly.

Two orders. first one never arrived -61190527. second should have shown up by the 15, but still hasn't shipped -61918164. support chat was poor and useless, very slow, and brought no help in any messages.

Still waiting for my refund, they charged me 13.99 for a GLS return label, which dressinn shows as an option. The parcel was left at the pickup spot, and it took 3 weeks to reach spain from ireland. The company have my return since the 8th, but they haven't processed it yet, nearly 10 days. Dont ... The shipping, returns, and time sending emails to them is crazy. There is no way the 'good reviews' beat the bad.
