DodoPayment is Holding My Payouts
Using DodoPayment for my service, they still won't send my cashout. After many tries to reach them, I get nothing helpful or a fix. This is poor for a payment service today anyway.

this is a scam service and most good reviews are fake! After over 90 orders and well over 15k in charges we only got one charge-back, then they froze our shop and kept the money for 180 days without reason. Total business wreck!

Very slow support and I am unable to make a payment.
For 3 months we used dodopayments, but they closed all my stores and are still not helping in any way for a ridiculous reason, and I cannot refund my customers.

High charges
Fees are way too high everywhere. You must pay charges all over. There is a 5% fee for payments, a 20% tax, and a $5 payout charge. DoDo Payment ended up taking the profit I made. Way too high and unfair withdrawal charges! From the $118, you get $99, and $19 is all costs under the label exactly. Payout Fees -$5.00 Tax taken -$6.12 Payment Fees -$7.75 This is a total scam. I would not tell people to use DodoPayments.

Had a good experience
Not sure why people rate and bash Dodo Payments with 1 star. I got my first payout from Dodo Payments when no other PG or MoR would credit me. Thanks a ton, everyone!!

We have handled about $700k in revenue with dodo payments. Suddenly they cut our ability to process payments without any warning and are keeping $150,000 of earnings for now. I’m new here and they wasted no time tricking me. They swore I’d get my first payout, and when I spotted the delay, they lied saying it was on the way. So far, nothing. No payment has started, and they’ve stopped replying to my emails. I won’t let this slide, this is broad daylight robbery with z... I’m new here and they wasted no time tricking me. What else do you want when there's a place to plug and sell stuff! It's simple, easy. Especially in India, Stripe access feels far away, but Dodo comes through to lift you up and let you fly today, friend.

Our merchant account shut down suddenly. Even though we sell legit products. Why grant API access if you didn't check the site? Check the products first and then allow it. You granted the API access. After three months you shut it off, then we got an email and our review window was four months. How can you review a site in four months? We have worked with places like Stripe, lemonsqueezy, but I have never seen such a mess. Don't trust these folks. You can't pause a site three months after giving API access if it doesn't fit your rules. Then you won't authorise the API. You're making us victims. And they hold the money for 120 days because of the chargeback period, how nice! If we ever get the money, fine. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Hope you fix this mess soon. For real today.
This feels like a scam, they froze my account with 200$ before the payout, not letting me withdraw, another bad scam online

Terrible run-in! The guy Rishabh seemed so friendly at first to draw clients and later stopped answering after i paid more than $3200. Their twice-a-month payout setup feels shady. They send you the first cashout to earn trust and ignore the second cashout. I even told two friends to try it, and ... Terrible run-in! Fraudsters!! Beware! My account got locked as they claimed a high risk just before my payout was due. They drained all of the money, $7100, and never released it to me. It's another scam that pretends to help, then takes everything in one go.
That service took my 5000USD. I got real payments with less than 1 percent chargeback, but just hours before payout they emailed me that my account was high risk and then blocked it. Please avoid using it at all.

Scam artist. My profile shows under 2 percent disputes, but they froze my account just a day before payout. Really disappointed, man.

Run to hills from these people
Walk away from these people, they offer 2 payouts a month and wait for money to show up in your account, then on payout day they lock you out. They locked my account with $2500 inside. Pure scam, avoid at all costs! Stay away, terrible experience.
