A terrifying experience
Wrong items arrived and the service was awful. I ordered lenses for Oakley Radar shades, but I got lenses for Jawbreaker shades. Support couldn't care less; they don't tell apart different kinds of glasses. They say the item may differ a little from the photo. Unbelievable. I have never met such ... Nice spot this store, especially when prices drop during promos, haha I tell all my friends about it, and they buy there when coupons show up and the offers are hard to beat

Trying to send stuff back was a mess, and the labels kept peeling off. I ordered two trainer sizes so I could keep one and send the other back, just in case. I booked a return on the site, but the courier never arrived, and I stood by the door waiting. After that, I complained and they set a new ... After that, I complained and they set a new courier day that didn’t fit, then tried again later, which was tiring. I tried to rearrange, but the direct line just kept me on hold for ages, and I got frustrated. And the chat? slow as ever, and it didn’t help at all today yet. Today the courier finally turned up, a day late, so everything goes right now, but I’m not counting on it.
Buying here really feels like playing Russian roulette. If you actually get the item you ordered, you win. But when they send the wrong thing or size — just my luck — you lose. This has been my worst online shopping experience. I won’t recommend this shop—save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. And no, I still haven’t gotten my refund. I want my money back, and fast. Enough is enough.

It's been 18 days since the claim was filed, and the process is still stuck at step 1. Honestly, I am not pleased with how slow this feels, right.
Been ordering here for years and years. Delivery has been fast and smooth with no trouble. This time I had to send a product back because it looked used and I somehow opened a warranty instead of return. I asked support for help and they were unhelpful.
