I would give them fewer stars if I could. Since May, I have faced so many mistakes. Let me start with this: they won't give a date or time. They just say: 'your package will arrive in two to four days'. That feels normal, right, waiting at home for four days? Wrong! Then on delivery day you do no... They just expect you to stay home all day. But that is normal, right? Wrong! If it ended there, I would have under three stars. But it doesn’t. Even if you stay in all day, they sometimes say you weren’t home (GPS mixups, I think). Being a delivery driver, it’s normal to mess up even if the computer points you there. Wrong! I stopped ordering at SHEIN because they did nothing to fix this. Now I cannot order at Temu either, since they know but do not care. All three say they have humans in service, but no real people are there. The replies are dumb and uncaring, and that is infuriating. Fake a human is better. Cirro parcel (now gofo) takes it up a notch. They tell you to contact them 'for a new delivery appointment' and you try the online bot. That says it’s human, so we trust it, right? Wrong! Still the same silly replies. Cirro parcels’ customer service is so bad they fake a human even worse! So what do you do if you cannot talk to a human online, you call them? Wrong! I started dialing on a Monday at 8:30 in the morning, I kept at their heels for hours. Calling, calling, calling, tossing my phone, calling again and again, and I nearly lost it. No one picked up, they didn’t even have a hold line. No menu or message telling you to stay on hold for less busy times. Nope, not a thing. I really tried this awful company. And yes, I’m posting this on the Temu and SHEIN pages too. Give yourself a break, pay a bit more so you won’t deal with them. If SHEIN and Temu drop them, I would buy there again, quickly. Right now I can’t. Kind of sad about it. Mostly because I wanna save a few cents? No way! Anyway, run, don’t walk, when you see a firm that uses them. Run the other way fast! Their tracking never helped, it spun me in circles and false promises. I even tried to switch pickup options, but nothing changed. One driver paused near my house, then vanished, leaving me stuck again. The more I wrote, the more canned answers I got. I just wanted a real window but kept missing chances. If only they cared as much as they talk. Maybe I should pay, so I can smile again.

You guys are the worst delivery crew ever. Your driver keeps tossing my order to random doors because he won't walk up a few stairs, which is really annoying. I live on the third floor, not that hard. Do your job properly, right now.

Temu and then Cirro/Gofo kept me posted at every step of the ride. The courier arrived on time, rang me before dropping off, and was polite. I am very pleased. I'm surprised by how many negative posts there are. Was I the lucky one? Hope it stays that smooth.

I called on the day of the delivery to…
On delivery day I said I'd be home by two, so they knew the plan. The package was huge, and the driver handed it straight to me, unlike others who would just leave it out for anyone to grab that day too.

Completely useless and full of liars. They even renamed to GofoExpress.nl. Real-time tracking is a joke, I waited all day while they claimed it was out for delivery. Then at 20:50... suddenly it changed to preparing for delivery. No live updates and zero customer support. If you ship from abroad,... Completely useless and full of liars. Deliveries show up when Cirro feels like it. No heads-up before, no option to reroute or pick a different day. Their new site GoFo is useless. Their chatrobot only knows five words, and that is the support you get anyway

Just another one who doesn't care to knock or ring
My first take with Cirro was a bit rough, to be honest. Cirro is just another courier who often skips ringing or knocking, and they leave the package at the door without a heads-up, too.

CIRRO Parcel
CIRRO Parcel is awful. The delivery person snapped a photo of my door and said it arrived, but I was away on vacation, so that's not true. They do nothing to fix it. Never order from TEMU again, because they keep it for themselves anyway.

Them courier has stolen my order
That courier took my order, and I feel they swiped it. Only after I filed with the police did I hear from them. They emailed that my parcel got lost in transit. Unfortunately, due to poor service and their way of handling things, nothing happened yet. I still fight with the shop for my money.

Didn’t get my parcel to Netherland.
Missed my parcel in Netherland. They claimed it was delivered and sent a map to my building with the mailboxes, but nothing was in my box. Nr: CINL5340180…684. i checked every day, and still nothing came here.

That business is a sham, they will calmly take your cash, promise you'll get your package, send you a fake delivery person, then claim your order is in the mailbox. I get home, mailbox bare. It all sounds staged, and I feel cheated and ignored, completely.
If I could rate them negative, I would. I’ve waited weeks, and their so-called “customer help” is a joke. I’ve talked to them twice now, and it’s clear they have no clue what they’re doing, no idea how to handle folks, and zero sense of what service even means. Stay away from them. Save your time.
Not suprised by the chatter. I ordered something and the update never moved; it stays at a local hub for ages with no word or anything. How can they stay in business like this?

These folks take my parcels and put wrong notes that the receiver refused, even though they never came by my home. When I email them, they promise to fix it, but weeks pass with no change. The parcel never shows up. The company - Ortorex - that sent the package also shrugs it off and won't refund... Waiting on a Temu order that was due by August 8. Tracking showed CIRROParcel got the package on the 6th. They kept it for 48 hours before sending it out for delivery. Temu should drop CIRROParcel from their partners! I won't trust CIRROParcel again after this ever.
