They scam me on 25$

They ripped me off for 25$ and said I had no account, even though I showed a screenshot with my email and my account. I think fraud.

Not for visually impaired, by choice
Looking at apps is tough for me; my sight isn't great. I mostly use my iPad now. I can't read much on my phone. When I open Chaton, the page shows phone layout, not tablet friendly. This site is a scam
This site feels like a scam. I believed I paid for premium Chatgpt and ended up with a Chaton plan instead. It won't let me access my paid features on my Macbook. When I ask it anything, it says to download software from its site. If I click the download link, it just fails to work. On my phone i... This site feels like a scam. I believed I paid for premium Chatgpt and ended up with a Chaton plan instead. It won't let me access my paid features on my Macbook. When I ask it anything, it says to download software from its site. If I click the download link, it just fails to work. On my phone it often does not give an answer either. Would not recommend! It felt shady and wasteful, like I was ripped off.

Might as well ask ye nan.

Maybe I should ask grandma instead. Can’t fix this at all. Trying to undo it feels impossible. Not sure how I even joined. I was browsing when I got signed up. Looks shady, would not star, and there’s no cancel help 🤓

I tried signing up for chat gpt and got taken by these people. I wish they would give my cash back because it really does nothing useful.

Part of the answer gave no info. They said to check this site and that. Waste, paid £35 for nothing, no real help.

They should be sued for false…

Charge them with false advertising; they lied in every claim. The site is a fraud pretending to partner with OpenAI. I lost cash, time, and nerves. Avoid them.

I consider myself tech savvy
People might think I’m tech savvy, but I bought into their OpenAI themed landing page. Everything looked real until I paid and tried the product. It was total junk, barely works, repeats itself, and misses even basic features you’d expect from a modern AI tool. The experience was awkward. To top... People might think I’m tech savvy, but I bought into their OpenAI themed landing page. Everything looked real until I paid and tried the product. It was total junk, barely works, repeats itself, and misses even basic features you’d expect from a modern AI tool. The experience was awkward. To top it off, there’s no refund, no cancel button, and no direct way to reach support. I’ve never seen such a sloppy setup from a so called 'AI' company. This feels like deception, and I will pursue legal options if my money isn’t returned.

They put ChatGPT logos everywhere to…

They plaster ChatGPT logos all over to seem legit. Once they have your cash, the disguise drops and you end up with useless little junk software.

I wouldn’t call it a chatbot either. It’s like speaking to a refrigerator. Total waste of time and money. Shame on them for breaking people’s trust.

Untrue advertising should be illegal and in this case, it seems so. I’m collecting proof to report them to the EU’s consumer fraud authorities.

They used fake branding to bait people

A fake brand push drew in people. The AI is silly and their help desk is non-existent. My credit card company will hear about this soon.
