Honestly, I wish I could rate zero. The photos looked nothing like what I got. Shop claims decent stuff, but prices are crazy high. Not worth a single cent today.

Beware! Extremely poorly constructed garments
I bought a jumper and a cardigan. The neck on the jumper is stretched and ripped and there is heavy fuzz on the sleeves. It looks awful! The cardigan isn’t the right item I picked. Both pieces feel cheaply made and look like they came from a secondhand shop. Very disappointed with these items.

Just got my three items yesterday and I’m shocked by the bad quality on every piece. Plus the packing reeked, a sharp chemical stink. Fabric feels cheap and all the pieces are junk. Trashy stuff for sure, and it cost me over $300. No reply from support yet, but nothing here is something I’d keep.... Picked up Triomphe shades, and the arm snapped away; they said it can't be repaired, and I got zero help from Celine or Selfridges support. Fair it isn't.

Even though my parcel is now in someone else's hands, Celine has refused to issue a refund. This feels utterly unreasonable. The item was lost while under Celine's care, and it is your duty to secure its safe return to me or to grant a full refund. The fact that a third party had to reach out to you about the status of my parcel, and that I was not promptly updated, marks a serious failure in customer support. I demand quick action to fix this disruption. I expect Celine to arrange a safe return of my parcel at your cost or to issue a full refund without further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply and resolution within two working days, I will be forced to take this further, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection bodies and pursuing legal options. Please rewrite this review completely differently while maintaining the same voice, tone, and outcome.
Sent me a faulty bag and the help desk was rude and dismissive when I asked for a swap. Never again!!!!

Don’t get that product over price…
Skip that item; it's pricey and late with shipping. You can find a nicer thing for that money. Brand like Louis Vuitton just tries to earn more cash.

The woman who helped me (name escaped me, maybe Kate) was kind and quite nice, considering all the reviews I'd seen about Celine support. She got my order set and sent to the courier almost right away that same day. Huge thanks to her. The agent told me they can take up to 24 hours to answer by email, so if you want quick help, I suggest calling Celine on the phone. Hearing her calm voice helped me calm down and I appreciated how fast they acted after the call. I'd tell friends earlier.

Don’t waste your time with Celine -it’s a garbage operation that just wants to take your money -and the new lipsticks are so ordinary-go back to school Celine and learn how to treat any customer with kindness. It left me annoyed and wishing I had never ordered these. Not worth it.
Call center acted robotic, can't help at all, and had no ideas for my issue.

Don't order from them!
Like many buyers, I ordered boots and after 9 weeks I still haven't received them. Customer support is awful. They wouldn't refund my money, so my bank is trying to reverse the charge. Now the order status button barely works! I'm ashamed to say I was fooled. Do not buy from this seller. Ever again.
