Honestly, I can't tell who built this circus of a platform, but they've clearly lost touch with reality these days. I just want to buy a little crypto so I can pay vendors who won't take a normal payment method, ever. Instead, these Binance idiots decide they need my life story, including seven y... I just want to buy a little crypto so I can pay vendors who won't take a normal payment method, ever. Instead, these Binance idiots decide they need my life story, including seven years of work history and every detail close to my blood type, and that felt really invasive. If their aim was to make the process so painful that users quit completely — congrats, mission accomplished. I'll never use this crap.

I also tried to reach support to sort it out, but the path was hard, which fed my frustration. It makes me question how easy it is to get help and how well help works. I think users should know about this before they trade, and I hope my note pushes for a better experience for others. Please fix this soon so traders feel much safer next time on site.

The worst app ever
Worst app ever. I never saw what tech support does. My cash is stuck in processing for two weeks. No one can help me with anything. Tech support is totally useless. I wouldn't tell anyone to use Binance or put money there. Sad option overall.

Disgrace of a company and customer service.
Binance let someone grab all my stuff, and I paid nothing. I reached out and gave them what they asked, but nothing changed. So I lost all my assets, and no one paid anything. Binance has to be held responsible for this. The way they handle my unpaid claim is shocking, to be honest. It is a shame... Binance let someone grab all my stuff, and I paid nothing. SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY
That outfit is full of nonsense i sent a large sum over and they told me they would not accept it and i would see the refund in a few days, but two months pass with no word except we're on it or finger pointing at a third party and no blame taken for their partners who were pushed on me. it seems... Withdrawing my remaining 200 euros was a total nightmare: I had to sign up on some odd online service like Lemonade or something, and go through two-step checks — just horrible. Spending money is easy, but taking money out becomes a mess. In the end, I moved everything to an external wallet and quit. Never again. For me, Binance feels more like a scam than a real company — more like The Wolf of Wall Street than a real financial platform. I’m done with this scene and I’ll warn others about it anyway.

Been using Binance for years now. I moved recently and tried to update my address. The verification kept failing and I kept trying. I messaged support and got only a script reply. They said nothing more and never explained where the problem lay. Disappointed with how Binance handles things. Ticke... Been using Binance for years now. I currently have no access to my funds
Right now I can't access my funds, missing $22.668 in my account. There was a network problem on Binance, called "high load", about ten days back. That hit me hard, I couldn't buy, sell, or de-leverage my trade. I ended up with my whole position liquidated because of it. I messaged their chat sup... Binance customer support is non existent, Scam outfit!
After Binance had a big system fail, I tried to reach support, and I felt I was chatting with a bot that wanted every detail I knew about the problem, then I sent it, and the chat popped up that an agent would talk to me in 5 minutes and not close the chat. That was more than five days ago, and I... That was more than five days ago, and I still have not spoken to anyone or gotten help from Binance. Total scam company! Nobody answers, and I feel ignored and robbed today.

its a pure scam.
this looks like a total scam company, they took my money on October 10, and support is awful. you sit on hold for hours, and they give no fix. Reply: a friend said you asked for ID in a similar case and he got flagged, so I won't share my ID that makes me doubt this platform big time today.
