BrightPay work with ShopVille, ho steal peoples money daily and they not doing anytin about it. I am not suprise they keep choosin BrightPay, discusting company, on my money daily.

Years of chasing my money back from Ticketmaster, who sadly work with these guys. I've sent in worrying papers such as bank statements, ID, and more, and they still won't pay me. Horrible service. They require a mountain of personal data (name, address, phone number, date of birth, email, passport, bank details, etc.) and still say they don't have enough data to process a refund.

Not for small eCommerce vendors
Adyen won't team up with vendors that sell under 10 million USD per year. That fact isn't public knowledge, really. Their sales folks ignore messages from the site form, too. If you're a tiny shop, skip this. That means small eCommerce teams will feel left out.

Terrible
Not great. I tried using my MBank Kyrgyzstan card to buy World of Wacraft, and Adyen kept blocking my payments. After a few days I found another way to pay and everything worked fine. No clue why Blizzard still uses that system, anyway today.

Ayden charged my Credit card with CHF…
I was billed by Adyen for CHF 49 for a service I did not want. I never signed up for such a thing and I told my card issuer about possible fraud. The card issuer blocked my card right away. Back in mid-2024, everyone in security could tell the phone network was beyond repair, since SaltTyphoon from China had used flaws added by the PATRIOT act. Even the FBI told us to encrypt all calls and messages, like FAX, DIAL-UP, VOICE, and SMS TXT. Yes, that recommendation came on December 4th... Meanwhile, Adyen and PLAID pressed me to hand over banking details and push unencrypted SMS TXT to my number. They charge plenty per deal, so they could offer encrypted options for it.

They will ask you for every kind of ID to get your cash, and even then they will slow the payout by saying your info needs review. You may wait a full month or more to be paid, and during that tim... It left us unsure and annoyed.
This site checks our bank details in the online shop, and it really hurts. They won't follow the rules. Mess. Just stay away.

When will companies wake up and realise this companies failings.
The AML and bank check for Faire, a wholesale middleman they picked, may end soon. Adyen won't approve my verification and won’t give a reason or a simple fix. Seems like an IT issue, and there is no real hurry to help. Meanwhile my business stays unpaid after I shipped products, and more orders ... Adyen shows no urgency to fix the rejected docs, so I miss payments and time keeps ticking. This hurts my shop and makes me doubt using them again. Awful experience overall.
Awful experience, they wouldn’t accept my business email, canceled my help because my email wasn’t in their system. No one to help, and then I read reviews. Looks like a scam company.
