Fresh start with 2Checkout (now Verifone) left me frustrated. I opened an account and was halfway through the signup, when they suddenly shut it down without any warning or reminder. I opened an account and was halfway through the signup, when they suddenly shut it down without any warning or reminder. When I reached out to support, they only said the system had deactivated my account because I “didn’t finish in time,” even though it was never live. Instead of helping me reactivate or pick up where I left off, they sent a generic note telling me to contact a different email. No real help, no flexibility, and no clear directions at all. This kind of cold, automated reply is not okay for a company handling money. Definitely not recommended if you want a professional and responsive payment processor. I hoped for help, but got only silence.

EDIT : I sent Trustpilot lots of proofs like my deals and their fake invoices with random numbers and fake details, and i sent some of their emails too, for that my review is verified now, check the badge of the review! today!

Beware Businesses: 2Checkout Can Close Your Account Overnight
Two long years with 2Checkout helped me grow my SaaS store, suddenly, and then they terminated my account without any heads-up or explanation. No warning signs, nothing. They say: "Please be informed that your account was closed on 30th September. A notification of this was sent to your register... My business has taken a hard hit because I trusted them. For any company using 2Checkout.com — think again. They don’t value loyalty, and they don’t care about the damage they cause. One message can wipe out years of hard work for me.

Conic Solutions, my firm, builds SaaS tools and helps new startups reach customers. Yet, 2Checkout rejected my sign-up twice in seconds, with no reason given. I know there are other payment gateways, but this conduct is simply not acceptable and quite unprofessional. Maybe they will adjust their ... I know there are other payment gateways, but this conduct is simply not acceptable and quite unprofessional. Maybe they will adjust their methods someday, but changing the branding or marketing won't fix the lack of openness and seriousness. For now, I rate them a -1. That kind of fast denial, with no feedback, hurts real startups and trust badly.

Could I rate it zero? I believed I was buying winxvideo-ai. I paid for a lifetime plan. I downloaded the link, installed, and it showed only an ad for something I already bought. I reached out to support which is totally useless and offered no real help but told me to contact digiarty.com for help. I contacted digiarty and they said I must register with a number they gave. No one listens. I can't register a product I never got. I've asked for a refund, wore myself out explaining what is happening with no success but stuck in their crazy loop. I googled them and found many saying they are a scam. 2checkout should be ashamed for working with scammers. Now they have my credit card info. What new hell awaits me, I fear. I am sick of this mess.

Nonsense all the way, awful support
We were seeking a fresh payment gateway for our 5-year company here. We tried signing up with 2checkout services. First, we sent an email asking the basic stuff. They answered with "we've looked over your query and you're welcome to join our plan" today. Then we made an account, began typing our ... We were seeking a fresh payment gateway for our 5-year company here. We tried signing up with 2checkout services. First, we sent an email asking the basic stuff. They answered with "we've looked over your query and you're welcome to join our plan" today. Then we made an account, began typing our details and suddenly got a line saying "your submission was declined" unexpectedly. Truth is, I had not sent the full form yet. Like said before, the firm is 5 years solid, hosted in Japan, nothing odd... at all really there. Banks never give a reason for their call, so I did not bother asking why they chose anything. Then I started getting marketing mails about their services, even though they turned down my request. I tried deleting my account, but no option at all. Then I spoke to support to erase my profile, and they sent me their GDPR blurb while saying 'we can hold your data for xx years', which felt cold and distant to me the whole time. Fine then, I said forget it. Please stop sending me junk mails forever. Less than an hour later, I got a welcome note for their services... I messaged support again, asking once more to quit the junk emails and tell them they looked silly, and they replied 'no no no your submission was declined, we know you are upset but that's how it is' and I sighed hard. What the.... ? They tell you to join, but they turn you down. They turn you away before you fill form. They hold your data and send you spam mails. The help is simply rude often. They look stupid, like from some far place. Skip them, don't waste your time. They're useless.

Following up on my earlier alert about DoYourClone: 2Checkout, the payment agent in DoYourClone's fraudulent software sale to me recently sent an email, saying DoYourClone had started refunding my purchase and that "you should check with your bank for help" !!! There are no words to describe this... There are no words to describe this except that 2Checkout clearly aids DoYourClone and helps to sharpen the scam for them, since not a single refund ever showed up in my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, these are FINANCIAL FRAUDSTERS and THIEVES !!! Avoid dealing with them, or you may lose money today.

Worst customer service ever on refunds
Different item, mess. I grabbed the wrong thing and messaged support right away, saying my code didn’t work, and they said I picked the wrong program. But my bill showed GO, and I asked for a refund again and again, but got no. They ignored my emails, and I still don’t know why. I just wanted the... Different item, mess. I just wanted the GO version, and they wouldn’t swap it for GO instead of the converter, again. I never used the converter code at all, and still got no help. Poor customer service

Please skip this company and save your time, I swear. They demand huge, long documents to open an account, and many people never qualify because they can't provide them. Even if someone somehow gets through, they keep your money for weeks right before the first payout, just to test for chargeback... Please skip this company and save your time, I swear. Their payout method is awful; they hang on to your cash and only release it later, not when you expect. Their support is the worst I've seen anywhere. Totally trashy in every way. Then, out of the blue, they will shut your account without a real reason, just lazy and unfair. I want to know why my account was closed, give me a legit explanation!!! May God curse this company and I hope they go out of business soon. They also keep asking for copies of bills, bank statements, and photos of yourself, which makes no sense and wastes days. I tried to contact them many times, but the replies came late or never. It felt like they fed me empty promises and moved the goalposts. Constantly.

I received the exact same notice: "We regret to inform you that we are exercising our right to terminate your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID ...., company ...., effective September 30, 2025". The account started back in 2009 when it was Avangate, and there were NO chargebacks, complaints, iss... I received the exact same notice: "We regret to inform you that we are exercising our right to terminate your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID ...., company ...., effective September 30, 2025". The account started back in 2009 when it was Avangate, and there were NO chargebacks, complaints, issues, or anything wrong over all these years. Now this sudden closure comes without any reasons given, etc. I can't share my real feelings about them here because it would get banned, and it's very negative. This is not how a business should work. It feels like a sham sunset of this 'company'. UPD: They did not reach out, even though they claimed to in their reply. I messaged them and got a templated reply: "We're sorry, but go away from us" with no real explanation. Stay away from them! Do not trust this service with your money.

2checkout feels like a scam! We kept using 2checkout since 2018. No chargebacks yet, ever. We never had issues, ever, until this happens. Account terminated out of the blue
Been a long-time seller with 2Checkout, and I kept a clean slate — no chargebacks, full compliance. Then out of nowhere, I got a vague note saying: “We regret to tell you that we are using our right to end your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID XXXXXX, company XXXX XXXX, effective September 30, ... Then out of nowhere, I got a vague note saying: “We regret to tell you that we are using our right to end your 2Checkout merchant account, for ID XXXXXX, company XXXX XXXX, effective September 30, 2025.” This showed up without any heads-up or reason. I went through a long onboarding, sending in lots of papers — every item checked. If you still work with 2Checkout: don’t wait for the same shock. Switch to another processor, and after you’re set, close the account with 2Checkout. If possible, move on now so you don’t get surprised later like me, at least.

Extreme scammers
Totally shady scammers. I bought a Zemana Antilogger plan from their site. A few days have passed, and though they sent me a payment receipt, they still won't give the license key. Also, their replies are slow. They barely answer messages. Stay away from them completely. Never buy from them ever!

Imagine going to your bank to take out money, and they say, we decided to keep it for half a year, so come back in 6 months! Isn't this fraud?! You're using MY money for FREE without permission and without paying any interest for 180 days, and you say this is standard, and you're sorry!? I don't need your sorry! Give me my money back, fraudsters! Hmmm, protect my account?! It is your account! It was your unexplained decision to suspend it! I didn't ask about that! Thus, you protect yourself by using MY money without my consent! And I'm sure you have already lost much more money, because of this review. Such actions from your side scare away a lot of your potential clients! I warn friends to avoid them, because they take fees and freedom and give nothing in return, leaving people fear and loss instead of trust.
